☻ Care Instructions ☻
All accessories may be stored in their provided packaging, preferably isolated from other pieces so as to avoid tangling into one another. Always remove bulky shoes and articles of clothing prior to taking on and off our pieces. Handle with patience and care.
☻ Sizing & Measuring ☻
All pieces are made to order and tailored to fit you. Please provide precise measurements when requested. If your measurements fall between selection options, round up instead of down. A measurement guide can be used for reference here.
Sizing outside of our menu ranges may be available on a case by case basis via bespoke orders. Adjustments are available upon request — see above.
☻ Payment ☻
We currently accept payment via Paypal and Stripe. Special offer minimums do not account for sales tax, shipping rates, customs fees and VAT. Customers are responsible for such fees when applicable. Discount codes are ineligible on any purchase of a gift card.
☻ Shipping ☻
All accessories are handcrafted, made to order pieces of wearable art and therefore scheduled to process and ship in 1-6 weeks from the first business day after order placement. Should you need your order sooner, contact us for expedited production and shipping charges. Please be advised that this window does not include possible delays due to customs, inclement weather, holidays, COVID-19, or any other reason. Any other delays in the production window will be relayed to the customer via email. Production and shipment for backordered items extend beyond the 1-6 week threshold.
All orders are packed carefully and shipped via USPS First Class Mail with a required signature to protect your order’s delivery. The customer may not opt out of the required signature so as to ensure delivery. Delivery times vary on your shipping zone in relation to our studio. Please be advised that we cannot replace orders lost or stolen in the shipping stage. We urge you to monitor your shipment with your provided tracking number and to make prior arrangements for the receipt of your order. Any lost or stolen shipments must be reordered by the customer to be fulfilled — please contact us in the event of this unfortunate circumstance, and refer to aforementioned guidelines regarding repairs for damaged items once shipped.
